Conferences · Delegations · Business visitors · Ecuador

You bring the agenda. We host everything around it.

For conference committees, official delegations and business visitors coming to Ecuador: someone at arrivals with your name, transfers that run to the minute, bilingual hosting, welcome dinners, a programme for partners and the best of Guayaquil between sessions. Run by Allyson Alemán, licensed national guide.

CUE 01 14:20 · Arrivals

The first face they see is ours.

Long-haul delegations land tired, with bags, protocol and a schedule. We wait at the exit of Guayaquil’s José Joaquín de Olmedo airport (or Quito’s Mariscal Sucre) with a sign carrying your delegation’s name, count heads and bags, and take everyone to the hotel.

Times are an example. Late flight? We see it before you do and stay.

  • Meet and greet at arrivals, for the committee, the speakers or the whole delegation, in waves if flights differ.
  • Bilingual from the first minute: English and Spanish from your host. For Mandarin or other languages, we arrange interpreters on request.
  • One channel: a WhatsApp group with the run of show, pickup times and a person who answers.
